In a case of ‘create the things you wish existed’, Margaret River Brewhouse was born from 3 beer-loving couples who sought out to create a venue that felt like ‘home’ to visitors and locals alike.

Inspired by the beautiful Margaret River region and offering the perfect opportunity to indulge in their craft – making incredible beer and food – the team wanted to pay homage to the good old WA Sunday session.

With the doors officially opened in 2016, the wide eyed and big hearted brew crew could only hope that the good people of Margaret River would want to come along for the ride. 

And we count ourselves damn lucky that they did. In its relatively short life (a little over 8 years, for those of you playing at home) the Brewhouse has become an institution. It captures what we all love about Margs – celebrating the region’s laid back, welcoming, natural, inclusive and hearty feel.

For us, the beer and food is central to what makes our humble venue so great. It’s the reason that everyone is hustling behind the scenes – the chefs, the brewers, the service legends – we all keep rocking up and rolling it out because of our love for good food, good drink and good times. 

With that continued passion, a sprinkling of newfound inspiration and the growing recognition for what are some of WA’s best beers has bought on the launch of the Margaret River Beer Co.

Our mission is to capture the experience and essence of living and playing in Margs, bottle the vibe of the Brewhouse that we all know and love and then share that amongst the backyards and barbies all across WA.

Partnered with our new and improved brewery, Margaret River Beer Co and Brewhouse go together like hops and malts, the perfect pairing to celebrate this incredible place we are lucky enough to call home.
